We created an easier and more streamlined way for you to communicate with our Governing Board members if you are interested in contributing a comment during public comment of items not on the agenda. To do so, email:


Please keep in mind the following stipulations. Your email will be read by all Board members personally regardless if it is read in open session of the board meeting during public comment or not. Your email may or may not be read during public comment, depending on time.  As a reminder, public comment on any item is limited to 3 minutes per person and 20 minutes total per topic.


If you simply wish to email a particular Board member with a comment to share not during public comment at the board meetings, you may do so by continuing to use their individual email address, located here
