Parents/Guardians: Can we find you in an emergency?
When we make calls for student absences, we have noted that some contact telephone numbers are reporting as disconnected and no longer in service. This means we may not be able to reach you in the event of an emergency.
Whenever your phone number changes for home or work, please contact the school office and provide updated information. Our emegency and safety plans depend on having current information in our student information system to be able to reach you as quickly as possible.
Thank you for helping us keep your students safe!

Low cost internet services and discounted computers are available to households that qualify for free and reduced meals. Please visit https://www.everyoneon.org/ to locate offers and see if your household qualifies.

The Tuolumne County Department of Public Heath web page (link available below) is a great resource to keep on top of local reporting and updates on the virus that is now known as SARS-CoV-2. In addition to local offices, Sonora Elementary administrators remain in daily contact with the Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools office, the Tuolumne County Department of Public Health, California Department of Education, and other state officials.
Please read our Health and Safety plan to learn how we have reopened the campus. Public Health guidelines are being used on campus. Masks are required for all students, staff, and visitors who need to enter a building along with social distancing. We suggest adopting the following guidelines for all:
